There are instances where the permission error always appears even when all Facebook permissions are toggled ON

Here is the workaround:

1. Go to your Facebook page > Settings > Advanced messaging > Connected App

2. Click Configure and Go to Business Integrations
3. In Business Integrations, remove Aiah Control Center
4. Update page list or create Bot again
